Brittney Reed is a certified Diversity and Technical Recruiter with 12 years of industry experience, specializing in IT and InfoSec for the past 10 years. Renowned for her dedication to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion, Brittney has built a strong reputation for efficient and tactful recruitment practices.
Her expertise with multiple ATS systems and CRM's along with her adeptness in sourcing and hiring diverse talent, has made her a leader in the field.
Brittney founded her own firm with a mission to help companies find the right talent the right way. Her firm is committed to maintaining high-quality standards and ensuring that candidates match company culture to achieve long-term success and fulfillment. During her time with Priceline, Pierpoint International, Conga, Hudson RPO, Florida Blue, Deutsche Bank and TaylorMade, Brittney played a key role in integrating DEI principles and shaping talent pipeline strategies. She is particularly proud of and known for her track record in producing top diverse talent who remain with their companies for years, reflecting the lasting impact of her recruitment strategies.
In addition to her professional achievements, Brittney is a dedicated community advocate and philanthropist. In 2019, she co-founded the nonprofit organization Just Remember in San Diego, California, alongside her husband. This organization provides support and resources to families who have lost a child under the age of 18, offers sports scholarships and sponsorships to underrepresented athletes, and collaborates with local law enforcement in San Diego County. Brittney’s strong connections within the community and law enforcement highlight her deep commitment to community service and philanthropic initiatives.
